I have the welders that use the same tips, needed a new difuser today went to to local supply houses one said we could order one the other did not give me the time of day. My welders use Tweco guns are these common or oddball.

From what I have read the tweco gun's are suposed to be good.I wouldn't think you would have a problem getting part's. This is on a mig rite.

I asked my local welding supply to start stocking electrodes for my Miller plasma cutter. Every time I've gone in to get some, they're out of them. I know they can't stock everything for everyone, but I said screw it and just buy online. No sales tax either....yet.

A Tweco mig gun is about as universal as it gets. Most of the imports use a copy that uses the same tips and nozzles if they don't use a Tweco.

Someone should explain this to the dumb a$$ local welding shops around here. I dont appericiate when people act like I am stupid for asking for oddball parts. Now they can cry because I bought online.

I purchase most online, but gasses, etc need a local outlet. I ended up opening an account at General Air just for the local needed items.
