We are offering two different levels of C4 Corvette rear suspension installation kits for the do-it-yourselfer and homebuilder. These kits work with either 2-piece of seamless frames, and on any model tri5 car (except Corvette). There is some custom fitting of a couple of the parts, and welding is required. We take no responsibility for the welding done by the customer.
The first is our "BASIC" kit that, once installed, allows you to bolt the major C4 rearend parts (everything but the swaybar and shocks) into the frame in the correct location. The parts included are a TIG-welded, stepped 2x2x.188" rear shock crossmember, four brackets for the "batwing" which is the differential cover, two gussets, and four "dogbone" mounts, and two dogbone retainer plates. The dogbones are the 4-link bars on the C4 rearend. All brackets are CNC laser cut from steel. Once these parts are installed in the frame, the entire rear suspension and differential can be bolted onto the frame. There are still brackets that need to be built to complete the installation, but the owner can make these himself if he wants to.

The next level up is the "FULL" C4 IRS installation kit. It has all the parts from the "BASIC" kit, plus the rear axle bumper brackets, upper and lower shock mounts, rear swaybar mount brackets, and a pinion support assembly with urethane bushings.
This "FULL" kit is $625 plus shipping.

All installation instructions with critical dimensions are provided in WORD format. The installation can be done without a frame jig using stands and jacks. Plese e-mail to Lnobi53@yahoo.com if you have questions or would like to order a kit.
