My wife retired in January, and work on the '57 came to a screeching halt. Between traveling in our MH and spending time with the family and granddaughter the year has been slipping by. Home now for awhile and did get out and blow the dust off the project. Spent last week media blasting a ton of fasteners, hinges, small parts,etc (the not so fun part of a project)and my son got one of the doors blasted and ready for primer. I ordered some black oxide to coat all the small stuff in, and it should be here this week. Will take some pictures on outcome and keep you posted. I'm also posting an upgrade to one of my vises in the tips forum.
