Hope you guys can help. My 55 was cut up a bit by the previous owners and one of the many things they did was remove the front radiator mounts that are on the frame. I need these two parts because I want to make a jig for the front end. If any of you truck guys that are on this site have any idea where I could get them let me know. We don't have many old trucks in junk yards up here in Wisconsin. The usual parts stores for our tri-fives don't carry them. I have also been keeping a journal of my progress on my truck in words and pictures that I will post in the near future.

Bluewhale those mounts would be pretty easy to make. I could take a pic of my mounts with the dimensions if that would help. Let me know

The height would be appreciated. It looks like from pictures Ive seen that the mounting holes are in line with the inside of the frame rail not centered on the frame rail. My jig will have a bar going from frame rail to frame rail but a height would help. I would keep the height a little lower than the actual height because I could shim it if necessary.

Hi guys, been away from the car scene for awhile Since I sold my #'s match 70 Judge about 10 years ago. I'm 58 now and have always liked the kick ass look of the gassers. Have a 57 post gasser lined up and hoping the deal goes thru. Glad to have found this site since there will be questions asked.

There are two different core support mounts for 55 trucks. V8's are different from 6's. The V8's are mounted back about 6in from the location of the 6. I have both if you need pictures. This would only make a difference if you are restoring your truck.
