Hello. I have a 1955 bel air. My original radiator has a few pin holes in it. It doesn't overheat or lose a significant amount of.fluid. I was wondering if I should pull my radiator and have it repaired or just use the stop leak stuff that you put in the radiator. All opinions are welcome. Some day I plan on putting ac in the car but that might not.be for a long time. I have a 350 in the car now and it runs great.

Stop Leak is a bandaid. Pull it and have it fixed right, imo.

DITTO! Those bandaids also do more damage than anything else. It will clog small passages in blocks and heads. Through my years of being an automotive machinist I had the opportunity to see the results of their use.
