These panels are about 4" high to put the weld up above the roof boxing structure, so planishing will be more accessible for a better job. They also have the lower flange for spot welding inside the drip rail.

I have two left, get these while they last.. Made from 19 ga cold rolled steel, they come without end radius cuts (as per first picture) so that you can trim to fit. Cost is $40 ea. plus shipping. These are about 48" long, but if cut in half I can fit into USPS large flat rate box.

Here's some installation details in the link below, starts on post #4. As with anything made without your "sample" sitting here, there may be some slight "tweaking" required.

Wow, that was fast. Now you have to make some for a Nomad. Luckily, my roof is solid. :)

I made about 8-10 extra when I originally ran those, it seemed to be forever finding buyers for those extras. Get down to the last two, and gone in no time. Perhaps I should make the "last two" with everything.....
