weve been working on these for a little over a month now. did our first official test fit on my highschool buddys car. really pumped on these. they will come with new plastic, springs, and pins, but since we don't have those in stock yet I used an old set for the test fit. these will work for all 55-61 GM cars. our first run will be 75 sets and weve already had 65 preordered. target price is 260 with polished hardware as shown. feslers offers an aluminum version of these for 220 so we wanted to be fairly competitive with them. I think we have the better product without a doubt. pictures don't do them justice. what do yall think?

Nice piece. The portion with the teeth, why did you opt to go solid?

Nice stuff Mike.....beautimus! Any way to remove those machining marks inside? I'm guessing it would take a lot of work. I have a set chromed, but I may have to get a set of stainless ones. You keep my list growing. :)

Nick, the factory ones are pot metal with a steel insert for wear. I'm guessing the stainless would wear good so a separate piece isn't needed.

How did I kno u were gonna ask that?? Prolly cuz the whole time we started this project I thought of ways to polish the inside. But after seeing it yesterday on my friends car, it's one of the most beautiful parts I've ever seen on a car. I couldn't be happier with it. Ive seen a few chrome ones at the plater and they can't compare to these not even close.

Beautimus!!! Lol that's a good way to describe them. If I were you , I'd at least have a set of ours in ur hands before u make that decision . Don't go by a picture.

Appreciate the feedback!

Yep , Cnut is right. Fesler makes billet aluminum with a stainless insert for 220. looks like they were trying a cost effective route to this. To me our stainless seamless striker is the best looking option but the most expensive .

Fesler is now $195 per set

They don't like you Mike ,
They are running scared
IMO yours are top notch & worth your asking price !

Keep it up Mike :)

Are you sure it's the fully polished one? They offer a few different options . I actually bought a set from them cuz I wanted to size them up but that was 4 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped . Maybe they heard....

The pics look great. Especially if you can polish out the machining marks on he inner surface. But I'm sure you've probably already thought of that...
nice work Mike.

We won't be polishing inside . If we did the price goes up, because it would prolly take more time to do that then the outside portion.

Here's a set that was put on "vetterodders" 55 nomad this morning. We sent him a set to showcase at the nationals for us

Mike, you keep saying "us".....I thought you were a one-man show. Do you have employees now? ;)

I like saying "we" and "us" it makes the company sound big LOL

Actually I'm gonna be slowly making the transition to outsourcing the polishing . Everything has been done personally up to this point . We are gonna be taking on parts with bigger markets so I don't think I'll be able to handle it .

Congrats on growing a successful aftermarket parts business Mike. As you've found out there are those who will pay a premium for quality parts.

Maybe its the photo...but those inside milling marks are distracting. Takes ones eye off the beautiful polish on the rest of it.
I suppose I can spend the next few weeks working them over once I get mine...since they're not going right on there just yet. :)

I'd have to disagree with you Paul , these are absolutely gorgeous as is. What did you have planned for the strikers if I hadn't made these lol chroming originals are like polishing a turd

I had the nothing planned for the originals Mike. They look much worse than yours. That's why you have my order...
When I get them, I'll deal with it.
Maybe its just how the pics make them look (with the machine marks) and not as bad in reality.
Send me the invoice when you have them ready to ship.
Thanks.
