Can someone advise as to the thickness of the rubber isolator (367314 cushion) between the frame crossmember and the radiator support.
Hi Nick. Mine's installed and I can't get under there and measure it, but my memory tells me it's about 1/4 to 3/8ths of an inch thick...
I just checked a set I have. It has 4 pcs, two thick and two thin. The thicker ones are .250" and the thinner ones with the slotted holes are .125".Attachment 7592
Thanks folks!
Hmmm, looks like I have some pieces missing.
In the photo, the larger of the 2 with just holes goes on the top of the frame. The narrower of the 2 is used under the frame. The 2 with notches are a replacement for the pressed cardboard material used by the factory above the frame mount. These are used to raise the support to the same level as the body mount cushions used between the body and the frame. There is no magic number of these to use, just so the front clip sets at the right height off the frame.
Mikey
Does anyone know if you can buy these pieces without buying a whole body mount set? I looked at 4 suppliers and didn't see them listed.
Or maybe I need to look harder for the missing parts.
