    55 non power master cylinder

    Hello, my 55 mastercylinder has a 4 bolt mount, but all of the replacements I find are 2 bolt. Would appreciate any information that will explain why mine is different. Thanks so much. New owner

    It's because yours is the original design. You can get rebuilt ones like yours, or just rebuild your own. It's pretty simple. However, single master cylinders aren't as safe as dual ones.
