    My '57 4dr

I inherited my '57 from my father who recently passed away. We shared a love for cars and we always enjoyed talking about our projects. This is my first trifive and I have fallen head over heels over it. My dad restored her about eight yrs ago but it didn't get much road time with him having other other vintage cars. I am so glad that I have a piece of him that will live on and I am reminded of him every time I turn a wrench on her. I don't want to stray to far from his intent but, I want to make it mine.

Some of the things I've done is replace the TH350 w/ a 700r, replaced the original steering wheel with a Con2R 15" unit, swapped the instrument cluster with a Dakota Digital VHX system and I am in the process of swapping the entire interior.
i have to sort out some braking issues and I am debating another paint job(it's a 10ft'r)

    Thanks,
    Eric

Very nice ride - I can't imagine how special it feels to drive in it.

Sorry to hear about your Dad, it's a beautiful car and surely he's with you when you're working on her or driving her.

Picking her up from the upholstery shop tomorrow. Change from velour to an ultra leather. Can't wait to get her home.
