    trifivedm, I can't reply to the sticky on tire height because you closed it.

    You have some math problems. Tires aren't 1700-1800 inches tall! At least not on most of our cars.

    I looked for a simple metric to English conversion problem but I didn't find it quickly.

    Funny, I just looked at it and it is totally without meaning. Just go to tirerack.com and get the real specs. Besides there is no absolute height for a given size, manufactuers change diameter at will.

    Tire sizes can vary by up to 6 % as provided by fed. regulation. So it is really a crap shoot on picking the right tire.

    What rims are you running? and what is your goal for your car? Keeping it as close to original as possible? Or modernzing it?
