Nomads

1955
There were 8530 1955 Nomads produced. All of the bodies were made at the Cleveland plant and shipped to Flint, Baltimore, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Jamestown, Tarrytown, Atlanta, Kansas City, Oakland, Willow Run, and Norwood plants to be assembled.. This followed true for the next two years.

Special features unique to the 1955 NOMAD are front end trim treatment of eye brows, fender and door spears, large rear wheel wells, and waffle pattern interior design.

1956
There were 8103 1956 Nomads produced. Chevrolet standardized most features in 1956. Two special features for the NOMAD only was the dogleg on the quarter panel and the "V"; under the tail lights for eight cylinder cars.

1957
There were 6534 Nomads produced. The 1957 models received no special trim. All interior and exterior trim interchanges with other Bel Air models. Even though the 1957 NOMAD had the least of the three in numbers and special trim it is arguably the most popular year.
