Well, we all know the saying. Here's my thought. Just do it. I know, that's an infringement on NIKE but who cares - sue me. I can't recall ever having seen this approach however, I thinks it's novel.

How did you make your bezels?

Thanks for the comments,
The Bezels are just cast aluminum,came up with a sand mix to get a smooth surface using powdered glass.
Finish machined on the back and bottom on mill. Drilled and tapped 4 places to hold speaker grill material in place on the back.

What is the detail at the center near the window going to be? Turn signal/brake lights?
