No, the fans look fine to me. All that's really visible is the top and some of the back when the car is together and I made some motor covers to dress the back up. The camera flash in that pic makes it look a lot worse than it is.

Have you seen this product for hoses? http://www.hosecandy.com/
I never liked hoses with those nylon braids on them and to me they look cheap. Everything I have is braided stainless and I like it that way. Don't know why I'd cover it up with nylon braid.

I'd just junk that connector altogether, and get a 3 wire Weatherpak style one. Easy to find those...
I have a dozen or so of the 3-pin WeatherPak connectors but they're a lot bigger than this one. I have to be able to get the harness through a hole in the floor and my console, along with a bunch of other connectors and a WBO2 sensor so I was trying to keep it small and I thought for sure I could find the mating half somewhere. Nobody seems to know what kind of connector it is, so it may be totally custom which I think is pretty stupid on Dodge's part if that's the case. I may have no choice unless I can use one of the 3-pin triangle-configuration metri-paks or some other connector that's not as wide as a WeatherPak.

Picture or ID number or other ID. Physical size?

That's the thing that's confusing about this, Nick. There's no markings on the connector whatsoever.

Here's the S-574 I tried that looked like it would work:

Still working on my power steering pump/reservoir before I can fire up the engine. I searched all over for a power steering reservoir that would fit somewhere, and it's on the way here. It has an AN10 outlet and I ASSumed that my pump inlet fitting was AN10 without measuring it. So I ordered some AN10 hose and hose ends. Well, today I assembled one end and tried to put it on the pump.....I immediately knew it was the wrong size.

Just about every reservoir and pump I've looked at has AN10 connections. Apparently S&P thought AN8 was big enough. I thought I could just un-thread the fitting (expected it to be an 0-ring to AN adapter) but it was pressed in and it looks to me like S&P made it out of an AN8 to AN10 coupling. I turned it and eventually it came out....nothing holds it in except the o-ring and a press-fit :

    Attachment 7816

So now I have to get an AN10 coupling and machine one end to match the S&P part...good thing I have a lathe . I don't see how I can thread the pump body to screw a fitting in. It's always something...that reservoir had better fit!
Could have just run AN8 hose with adaptor at the tank, and easier to route.

Yeah and I could have put an AN10 to AN3 adapter on it too, making it really easy to route. . There's a reason most of the reservoirs and the pumps have AN10 lines on them.

Besides, the reservoir is almost too tall as it is, and an adapter would have made it even taller.

Is your pictured here? I have a few 3 prongs that look nothing like your submittals, hence my reason for asking for an image.

Yes mine is the light gray one on the sensor. That's a Viper-specific VSS that as far as I can tell isn't used on any other car. Why the hell they did that is beyond me. There's a ton of sensors out there.

The short radiator hoses you show in your recent pics are rubber, which is why I threw out the suggestion. You're taking so long on this build, your stainless braided hose is out of fashion.

I know....but tell me that when yours is as far along.

The stainless braided hose has been around for decades, and is still used a lot I would have preferred to use some sort of black braided hose, but nobody makes anything that's consistent looking for all applications.
