Looks like the speaker is aimed at the floor... Nice concept otherwise.
If you have a floor mounted headlight dimmer switch the speaker bump will make the dimmer switch hard to get to. I put the kick panel speaker in my 55 chevy and I didn't like them for that reason and the air flow through the vents was only about half if even, so I took them out and put the stock vent grills back in. Of course neither of those matter if you have AC and the dimmer is on the turn signal handle.

I have a similar set in my 72 k/5 Blazer and its a PIA to use dimmer switch.
