Thanks guys! Mark, we just put a polished sun visor on that cabover truck this weekend. Had to use scaffolding

The Biederman truck we did some rust repairs and metal fabrication on found its way onto the cover of the latest issue of Wheels of Time. It has a feature article on the restoration John did on the truck, as well as a follow up article on the company history. Pretty neat to read, honored to have played a small part in helping preserve an example of this rare truck for future generations.

Congratulatons Robert! You had a hand in that resto, and I'm sure the owner has given you much credit for your part. We are fortunate that you will take the time to document your work and post it for all to see. Thank you. That's some serious old truck porn right there.

    Robert,
I totally agree with that comment. Really appreciate your skills, innovation, results, and your willingness to share that with us!

You even got me looking at big old trucks, and for a while, I thought this local truck might be a Biederman, but is an International Harvester.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. Funny, at one point (think we were working on fenders) I asked John what he was thinking in buying a truck that needed so much rust repair and no parts trucks to be found anywhere. He just shrugged his shoulders and said, here we are. It was a nice challenge to help save this truck that future generations might see this part of the history of Biederman Trucks. I would guess this is going in a truck/transportation museum somewhere before it's all said and done.
