Welcome to the site Jrob. I don't think they've been repopped for wagons but they do for other models. I don't know if they're available separately. I left them out of my Nomad when I put the quarter panels on, and now I think I'm going to have to put them in if I can. Not sure where guys get them (if they do) but I'll probably make some replacements. I think they're supposed to keep the spray and dirt out of the inner quarter so they're probably necessary. I think there's supposed to be some sort of grommet in them that the cable slides through.

It looks to me like the hardtop and sedan pieces are the same without the hole. If you find a source, let me know.

Is this piece above the wheel tub at about it's fore/aft center? If so, I've never seen a source.

I fabricated one for my 55 2 door sedan when I found it rusted after removing the quarter panel. It didn't look quite like your part, seems like it was a little shorter vertically.

Edit: looks like Cnut was replying while I typed. The piece in the photo looks like the one I replaced.

Resto-world has them for convertibles, but nothing else. Maybe call RealDeal Steel because the pics above are theirs.

I think they are the same for all wagons.
