New 57 Chevy Bel Air Owner in CO

I just joined this group as a new 57 Chevy Bel Air owner. As a first time buyer of a classic car, I'm looking to interact with other Chevy car enthusiasts and learn more about taking care of my new ride. The first thing I'm looking to do is find a good mechanic in the Pueblo, CO area that has experience maintaining 57 Chevy's. Is there anyone in the area that has a good mechanic in the area that you would recommend? I just registered the car today, so I'm looking forward to riding it around town.

There are a lot of classic car guys in Pueblo. I would ask around local I'm sure you will find someone.

Welcome aboard, Chevy Guy! Look forward to hearing about your car. Wife and I visited Colorado back in the late '90s. Beautiful place. We drove down to Pueblo and spent a couple days there. At that time, there was a place (restaurant) that this fellow had recently completed. Told us it was his dream place. It was just like a 1950s drug store lunch counter type thing. Had tables along the wall with working juke box where you could chose a song and drop a quarter in at your table to hear your favourite record. Had black and white tile and the best filet we'd ever eaten. Do you know that place or if it survived? Would love to visit there again sometime.

    Happy Motoring,

    Harry
