57 210 wagon tail gate plate

is the plate listed on Danchuk compatible on the 57 wagon? it is the body plate that covers the hinges and runs completely across the opening

a bit pricey to just guess.
I will call them after Labor Day

That is a bit pricey. IIRC it is made of 14 gauge steel, a pretty stout piece.

does anyone have a link to an exploded view of the body panels for my 57 4 door wagon so I dont end up ordering the wrong components as I begin the rust repairs on my vehicle?

Firesteel has dropped their price (last one) on that Brace... to $250..

PS. Are your parts *missing* ... from rust? or have they been cut out/removed before?

Note: This part doesn't 'cover' the hinges, it actually supports the hinges, along with the under neath braces and the tailpan itself (which all work together to make the structure strong enough)...

This is probably as good as you'll find but doesn't have anything wagon-specific:

Most catalogs/sites have pictures of the parts so it's pretty easy to tell what you're getting. If you're not sure you can always call them.

The hinge covers for the Wagon lower tailgate are smaller individual covers; one on each hinge..
    see them here...
