Can there be too many Tri Five sites ? NO !

Just signed up and saying hello from Northeast Ohio ! I have a gasser styled 55 (my avatar). Have had it since 1987, using many parts from my dads high school 55. Currently runs a mild 350, Super T-10, 3.70 gears. It has run a best time of 13.96@ 98 MPH. I am currently build a relatively stout 265 with a roller cam and aluminum L98 heads. This engine build has been too many years in the making but I will start a build thread.

Welcome. Really digging the 265 build. I owned an original 4dr 55 with a 265 pg. Sold it a couple of years ago. I bought it to use to build a nomad project but it was to nice to do that after I got it running with no effort so I sold it to a good home. I read several post on the trifive site about building these into high revving rat monsters. Pretty cool stuff guys running 12's with 200ish hp on tap. I gave up carbs years ago but was dreaming of building a TPI 265 after I heard 305 heads fit them lol..

A little late here bfalfa55, but welcome to the site. Several others argue alot around here, so if you can be thick skinned to that...you'll find a wealth of knowledge here!
