Got this guy yesterday after a 2 hour stalk. Had him at about 250 yards a couple of times but couldn't get into position for a shot. Finally belly-crawled through the sagebrush and got to 255 yards...one shot from the .270 did it.I hunted this buck during the archery season in August but couldn't get him in range. Not sure if he's bigger than my 2011 buck yet. It took me 5 years to draw this tag this time, after drawing every year for 7 years. I got this one literally 100 yards from where I shot the 2011 buck.
