I'm Dan Bowen, President of the Central Texas Classic Chevy Club based in Austin, Texas. We were established in 1979 and we are still a strong and very active Club. We are dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the 1955, 1956 & 1957 Chevrolet, car or truck including the Corvette.

Welcome to the site Dan. I am originally from Belton Texas. I can remember going to the Larry Iago shop as a kid with my dad. So sad his family was lost in the Jarrell Tornado. I usually go to the Nostalgia race "Day of the Drags" in Academy Texas too. I will try to make some events down that way.

Welcome aboard, Dan. I graduated from San Marcos High in '66 and left for the service in June of that year. Have only been back a few times since. Will see if I can make it to the convention this coming May.
