Bamanomad, like I said I don't even remember which kit they came in, much less where I bought them a decade or more ago.
Here's a kit that has them:

56 Nomad, Ramjet 502, Viper 6-speed T56, C4 Corvette front and rear suspension
Other vehicles:
56 Chevy 2-door BelAir sedan
56 Chevy 210 4-door sedan
57 Chevy 210 4-door sedan
1962 327/340HP Corvette
1961 Willys CJ3B Jeep
2001 Porsche Boxster S
2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Duramax
2019 GMC Sierra Denali Duramax
Thank you CN!
Maybe the reason we couldn't find a NOMAD / SW kit which included those strips is that Classic Industries identifies that kit as being for ..
... TF400206 - 1955-57 Chevrolet Hardtop Body Mount Bushing Set
... and those strips aren't used with anything other than SW bodies...

I previously mentioned that C1 Corvettes used a similar (but smaller) frame rubber pad. I had purchased a set of those previously thinking they might be the same as the Nomad... Today I had a chance to photograph the two side by side.. Corvette C1 is the smaller of the two...
