My name is Terry, go by olskool55.
Just purchased a 55 Bel Air 2dr. Hardtop. It needs a lot of work, just finished stripping it down, interior, all trim in and out. Ready to blast it next week. I hope it is not to bad when I see whats under paint, bondo etc.
I had a real nice 55 with 502 ramjet, built from ground up, but not by me. I want to learn and have my hand in the process as much as I can this time. Learned a real hard lesson turning a 63 Imp. SS convertible 409ci. I do not care to do that again!
So this is all a learning process for me and I hope to be able to take pride in the out come, not just pay someone to do it all.
So thats where Im at, hope to be able to ask questions, share progress, and share mistakes etc. I have a ton to learn, so it seemed a good forum was a great place to start.
If I ask questions that may sound dumb, its probably because they are. lol
