Dale Sr 57 Chevy LMC Dream Car Garage

Not sure if we have a YouTube means but here is the link. Within it, he also mentions a 57 he is building with Corvette Suspension.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7i-IYT1A3I

Apparently he was a totally different man when he wasn't on the track competing!

Aren't we all when we are away from the daily grind/humdrum? My personal experience around him was always a pleasure. I met him at a Chevy Dealership in Midland Texas early 90's during a meet and greet. We were waiting in line for hours, it was past 6PM and the dealership wanted to shut it off. He did show his temper then but told the dealership that all of those folks outside will be allowed in just like the rest had or he would not continue the rest of the event and they could find him outside with the rest in line.

He also had friends here in De Queen that he hunted and fished with during his off time and was well loved. Many stories but for a time later.
