Hello, glad to be apart of this group. I have a 4 door '56 Belair with a 350 in her. She's fun to drive. I also have an original '38 Chevy Pickup. Both are head turners!!

Thanks everyone,Interior1.jpg I've always wanted a Belair. I finally pulled the trigger earlier this year. It's a 56 with a 350, front disc brakes, still has the 3 on the tree. I've recently put a radio in it. I've recently put a new radiator in it in preparation for a new under dash ac that I have on order. It has a patina paint job that was clear coated a while back. I'll attach a pic of the interior, which is in pretty good shape. I do plan on giving her a fresh paint job sometime in the future. I don't want to get too much into it as it is a 4 door and they don't seem to garner as much as the 2 doors. But I love driving it and she really turns some heads!!!
that's a great looking '56 sedan, Camtra! It's the same color as my Nomad is supposed to be, but was repainted by someone long ago...
PS. There's nothing wrong with a 4-dr sedan - the back seat is usable, it doesn't rattle when you cross a railroad track, doesn't leak air/water as some other styles do... and they make great family cars, which is why they sold more 4-dr sedans when new than any other style!
