    1957 restored back to orginal condition

    can anyone tell me how restore parts back to orginal condition, like master cylinder, natural finish, wiper motors ?

    Pretty sure the master cylinder was just bare cast iron originally. I think most restorers paint them with cast iron paint that you can get from Eastwood. Not sure of the original wiper motor finish but a few guys here are experts on that stuff.

    For cast iron finish use Calyx. Its amazing stuff. Put it on with a toothbrush and rub it out with a rag. If it wears off just rub it a little with a rag. It is so much less of a hassle than paint. Its what you want if you are seeking a cast iron finish.

    For other items you will probably need to clearcoat natural finish stuff like a wiper motor.
