Holy cow, that looks bad. I think you are going to need a donor roof or a new one to fix that. Ive heard that a 4D sedan roof can be made to fit a 2D sedan, and finding a 2D sedan roof is probably going to be tough, unless you buy a new one. Then you have to install it.

Looks like you need new rockers, which is typical. Also looks like you'd need new door skins or doors. How rusty is the rest of it? With all the rust issues, maybe it's time to look for another car if you can't deal with the bodywork.

I recommend you think about it and dont act too quickly.

I had a 61 Impala Bubble. Black exterior/Red interior/283 car. Needed floors. I had a guy that used to be a friend just not let up. You need to sell it, you wont be able to handle the body work. Blah blah blah. I got rid of the car and immediately regretted it.

Eventually I got rid of the friend. I never regretted that.

I should have kept that car, because even though I hadnt done floors at that scope, I realized I am pretty good at it.

So whatever you do, think about it and do it because you want to, not because you think you have to.

The roof damage wouldn't bother me as much as the rust around the windows. On the roof, looks like it will depend on whether the damage is in the braces or not. From the photos, looks like it's creased right where the braces end. Obviously all those repairs will take a lot of time regardless.
