I assume you mean by 'rusty' that there are holes? If it's just surface rust, then derust, prep, and paint. If there are rust holes too large to repair, then it's probably easier to find good complete doors than to find 'repair panels' (for a 4-door). There were more 4-door trifives built than any other model. I'd bet there are good 4-door doors very close to you for not a big price..

    Which door do you need?

Sedan and wagon front doors are the same.

But wagon rear doors aren't the same as sedan doors - so that means they are not as plentiful.

Good points Rick... I did not know that the rear doors were different between sedans and wagons.

Wagon rear doors are straight or nearly so across the top, sedan doors slope toward the back across the top.

If you are looking for the outside skin, what's the chance of using a replacement skin for a front door and trim to fit / tip new flanges...

I also need to replace an area near the wiper on the cowl. Is a patch panel readily made for this?
