    Then it has to be the less desirable 1969 version as all small journal 327 made 1967 and older have pcv/ road draft tube behind dist.

    Can you read the date code numbers? Photos are too blurry for me.

    Also, the draft tube hole could be plugged with a freeze plug without having a draft tube or pcv connection.

    If this is an original undisturbed engine, 1969 and newer will have threaded holes in the ends of the heads for accessory drive mounting. No holes in older engines.

    I was going to see if I can sharpen up the images, or maybe de-noise them. May not work, maybe try and take some new images.
    I will look again around the distributor, and see if I can see a freeze plug, or not.
    Heads are long gone, so no help there.
