    coming of age in the 70's I was heavy into what is now called classic rock. just before "new wave" hit in the early 80s. So with the recent passing of Neil Peart...drummer for the band RUSH, I spent the last few days listening to Rush music. This guy Neil was probably one of the top 5 rock drummers of all time, with his complicated but disciplined style of play. He wrote a lot of the lyrics for most of Rush music as well.

    Here's a quick video of him playing Tom Sawyer. This might seem like noise to some of you more refined types, but if you watch...you'll see a master working his craft here. Rest in Peace Neil!
