    New guy here

Hey everyone, I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and I recently received a 55’ 2 door hard top from my dad. It is a car I’ve worked on growing up and I’m happy that it is finically mine!! Haha. It’s got a 283 with 4 speed Muncie trans, we rebuilt the engine, front suspension and made some minor upgrades but for the most part it’s still original. Sorry for some of the huge pictures, doing it from my cell phone was kind of difficult to judge a good size.

Great, nice to see a 55 chevy go from dad to son. My grandson tells others grandpa’s 57 Nomad will be his one day. He is only 10.

Thanks everyone. I don’t have many plans for the car right now, the engine runs great and it’s just a fun cruiser car, might not be the best looking but it runs like a champ for the most part.

What a great clean car to start with. Keep it drivable and you'll never regret that. sometimes modifying them heavily takes them off the street, and them time gets by you and years later you wonder why its still in the garage in pieces!
    Drive it and enjoy it.
