Rear wheels won't move

Hi everyone.

57 Bel Air 283 Powerglide. The car is on jack stands. I have two issues, which may or may not be connected. First, the rear wheels will not turn in either direction. Second, I can't get the shifter out of Park. I had the trans rebuilt some years ago, drove it home, and that was that. I haven't had either of these problems nor have I heard of them. What do you think the problem(s) is?

Next is to finesse the drums off that probably haven't been off in 30 years...

Disconnect the driveshaft, and go from there. If the brakes are locked up, it's maybe binding up park. Hope the parking brake wasn't engaged for years.
