    Hello from the UK

I recently bought a 1957 150 2 Door Sedan. It had been abandoned for six years by a customer at a local American car workshop. The body is pretty straight only a few patches of rust and a sound base for a project. The owner had installed a GM Diesel engine which I thought was grotesque so I am swapping it for a 283. I have big plans for this car and am very excited to restore it to an exceptional standard so that I can do some touring in the UK and into Southern Europe. I already have four American classic cars (two Chevys and two others) from 1953-1966 and this will be my first TriFive. I cant wait to get stuck in and hopefully get the car finished in time for the LeMans Classics in France in July this year...a bit ambitious so 2021 probably more realistic! Lots of research to do and parts to order!

Welcome to this website! Lemans Classics...what a hoot it would be to show up with a tri5 Chevy there. Post some pics of your ride as you come along with the build, and dont be afraid to post questions and requests for build advice here.
