    Collector Car Appreciation Day

The U.S. Senate passed Senate Resolution 650 (S. Res. 650) at the request of the SEMA Action Network (SAN) recognizing July 10, 2020 as “Collector Car Appreciation Day (CCAD).” A similar resolution was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives (H. Res. 998). The date marks the 11th commemoration of what has become an annual event to celebrate and raise awareness of the vital role automotive restoration and collection plays in American society.

So get those Trifive Chevys dusted off and drive them somewhere on Friday.

Even more amazing that the House would pass something that benefits car owners. Kinda runs contrary to their 'Green New Deal' nonsense don't it?

    Happy Motoring,

Well, yesterday I took my own advice. I washed the wagon, put on my American Tri Five Association cap and my wife and I went for a cruise. I didn't know of any classic car events in my county so we just went out to enjoy the ride. We ended up at the Poolville town square so folks could see how much fun we were having in our classic.

Nice photo Tabasco! ... You and your wife need to drive both cars down there for a photo when you get the convertible going..

I have to plead GUILTY to NOT driving a classic yesterday; I spent all day trying to prepare my tax return and dealing with Turbotax problems... I got a call back from Turbotax at 10:30 pm last night as I was about to go to bed, and finally got the problem fixed! Maybe I can finish this crap work and get back to my cars soon..

X 2!! Very nice, Tabasco! Sounds like you and your wife had a great time cruising locally! Sometimes its good just to get out and enjoy your car and good company.

    Best regards,

Looks good! I would have taken my 56 out, but all the glass is out, waiting on glass guy to install my new Auto City Classics smoked gray glass.
