Rear Shackel Bolt Removal
What's the best way to remove the rear shackle bolt from the rear leaf spring. Sometimes it's frozen to the sleeve in the rubber shackle.

The rear shackle consists of two brackets and one of those brackets has the two bolts/studs PERMANENTLY attached, so after removal of both nuts/washers (from both) the spring should be removable from one of those studs. Lubricating liberally with a release agent/penetrating oil prior to removable might help, and also some 'help' with a lead/brass/plastic hammer on the stud while pulling on the spring.
Note: Jacking up the car body sufficiently to get access (placing jack stands), then using your floor jack to raise the rear end to eliminate tension/load in the spring first is a safety necessity!~

After the above fails, due to years of rust.
In extreme cases I have had to resort to a Sawzall and a bisexual blade.
