    Steering wheel restoration?

So, one of my winter projects will be to restore the steering wheel... what's everyone's favorite material to use to fill the cracks?

Find the old CCCI World tech article on repairing original steering wheels, then go to a local marine center and buy a 'MarineTex'product. Then follow the instructions in the tech article... If you can't find it, let me know..

PS. if you want the repair to last, you don't just 'fill' the cracks, you first use an EXACTO knife and 'V' out the cracks to get the maximum surface of good material for the marine tex to adhere to...

If you can't find the MarineTex product, a lot of folks seem to have good success with JB Weld.
