Can you read the date code numbers? Photos are too blurry for me.
Also, the draft tube hole could be plugged with a freeze plug without having a draft tube or pcv connection.
If this is an original undisturbed engine, 1969 and newer will have threaded holes in the ends of the heads for accessory drive mounting. No holes in older engines.
