56 BA passenger decklid emblems (location of or template?)

My friend who is building a 56 BA HT called and asked me to check my 56 AIM for the decklid crest/V8 emblem positioning. Seems his painter filled the holes for the chevy crest but left the holes for the V. He said his AIM for RPO 221 (V8 engine instruction) was missing sheet 17. I checked both my 'online version' and paper version of the 56 AIM and there is no sheet 17! Then it became obvious to me that the Chevrolet AIM does not address Fisher Body Operations (and it was Fisher that assembled that portion of the car!). So my question is: Can anyone point me to an online template for this? or does anyone have a template they made themselves or otherwise the information he needs to find the hole location for the Chevy crest above the V emblem??
