Well, it's taken me a while, but I finished the design of mynew C4 Suspension Chassis and put the drawings to the test. This particular chassisis going to California to find residence under a 57 Nomad. The next one (on thejig now) is going to Sherman, Texas.
This particular unit is other than the norm and uses the"K" member from the Corvette along with transverse springs but can beswitched out for Coilovers. Non “K”Member style (my standard) uses a more conventional type front crossmember.
At the back (not pictured) is a ladderbar connection fromthe Dana Unit to the frame.
Brake, fuel lines and a Rick's tank along with the requiredFilter/Regulator for an LS are in place on this unit.
I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I did building it.

Nice work, Nick. Hope things are going well for you and you keep cranking them out. There were almost 5 million of these cars built, so we should have plenty of projects to go around. I found a mess of tri5 frames laying around this past weekend. ;)

BTW, you should put your signature up there. I don't think advertizing is prohibited here. I'll have mine here soon!!

I have always been curious why you are NickP on CT and NickP on TF, but NCW here?

I have always been curious why you are NickP on CT and NickP on TF, but NCW here?

No real reason actually. I have Prime Custom Cars, LLC and I have Nick's Chassis Works. When I ventured over here to see what the place was like I was knee deep in deciding what to use and just on a whim decided to use NCW.

Happy to say the chassis got to California and no damage!
