Anybody got any tips for powdercoating and rebuilding lower
A-arms?

I would like to do this without scratching up the powdercoating.
Any tips?

I think if you use the right tools and do it in a press, the chances of scratching things up are significantly reduced. You might protect contact points with pieces of cardboard.
