Hi Mark!!! Who let me in here? :) I was pushed in here by a psycho control freak.

Beautiful 56 you built there!!!! It looks awesome in that picture. I'd love to see it in person. I'm going to be applying for a NM elk license again this year, so if I make it down there you have to meet me and show me the car!

Have to surf your pics later and see if you've made ANY progress on that car of yours...

Mar, your elk are a lot bigger than ours, but we have 4 times as many. Plus I pay a lot of money to hunt YOUR elk ;), and I have yet to get one with my bow. I didn't draw a license last year and this year they made it even harder and more expensive for a nonresident hunter. It's getting like that everywhere. I went to Montana last year and had to pay a lot more for a license, and this year they bumped it up again to almost $1000!!!

And YES, I have made a lot of progress on my Nomad. It's getting close to being ready for paint. I have everything blocked and in final primer except the taillight area, which should be no problem. See my recent pics in the project update forum and on my website in the 'primer and paint' album.

Yeah, the gaps can be a PITA. I had to weld and grind them in several places. But I'm happy with how they turned out. Hope to get it painted early summer, but who knows...that's not far away.
