I started this post in member rides and decided to continue it here ...nothing major to report ...the engine will be replaced soon ...still cleaning the interior up ...but today's news is.....

New wheels .

I got them local off CL for $400 (I think I did ok ) . She's got 3 flats right now so this should make it easier to push around till we get the motor.

nice find, you did good. might also want to look into dollies if your going to be moving it around.

I think you did real good there. The spinner set for the hubcaps is $150 alone...
The hubcaps and tires look in great shape as well.
Tires are going to be over $100 each. Radial wide whitewalls will run you more like $250 each (ask me how I know)
So...you're wagon's gonna look GREAT with these on there.

Thanks, that makes me feel even better...here's a before after ...even without the caps I think they look better. ( not that hard considering the old ones...lol ).
it really brought the front end up :eek:...( we'll have to do something 'bout that to :evil: )
