I've been pretty happy with my HF 110 pound pressure blaster that I've used for years. However, the problem I've found with HF equipment is getting parts for them.
Do any of you know where I can find a replacement "mixing valve" or fitting at the bottom of the tank? It is the fitting that the sand flows into and the air comes in the rear.

This is the fitting I'm looking for, but it looks like I can just install a black iron tee:

Thanks OTD. I already got the iron tee and fittings. If that doesn't work I'll call the number you posted. I thought Central Pneumatic was a captive entity of HF.

It is.
With a little bit of googling you could order them with Chevynut Pneumatic labels instead.

It seems to work just fine with a 1/2" pipe tee. My hose had a hole in it too, so I cut off the fitting and used a 1/2" NPT to barbed hose adapter.

Looks good. If you wanted a slightly larger (air/media) mix chamber, could use a 3/4" or even 1" tee with 1/2" bushings.
The directions say to open the media valve fully when using the blaster, but I've heard it drops media so fast it can tend to clog. I've never had that happen, but restricting the air/media mixing chamber (tee) might tend to add to a clogging issue. More so with moisture present.
