55 Chevy Nomad - New Speedomter Cable w/Turbo 400

So as I progress with the restomod of my Nomad 454 BB I went to hook up the new speedomter cable to the 400 turbo trans....problem is I am not seeing where it would hook up? I am not sure what year the 400 turbo is but the 454 is supposed to be out of a 78 Suburban. Do the turbo 400's accomodate the speedometer cable that screws in such as shown in the photo?
