clutch pedal spring

is the clutch pedal return spring adjustable cause my pedal doesn't return all the way to rubber stop to get my free play in pedal?

There is no adjustment.

If the spring won't bring the pedal up all the way, either the spring is not installed properly, or you have a serious bind in the pedal or linkage.

all of the linkage, z bar, clutch assembly is all new. I wondering if it could be the spring just a little weak.

If you disconnect the linkage at the clutch fork, will the pedal come up all the way? Will it stay on the floor if you push it to the floor?
