Does anyone know the best places for parts


looking for the exterior trim handles and several other things... anything i need to know please share and let me know it'd be greatly appreciated

I get most of mine from a local vender who has several suppliers, I can drive to his house in an hour and look at parts before I buy.

all of the above, plus East Coast Chevy. There are other suppliers that deal in specialties like sheet metal, wiring, etc. Since about 80-85% of the parts sold all come from the same few manufacturers, price counts as much as retailer. On the other 20-25% the quality of the part is more important than price. Another consideration is customer service, inventory, and shipping. If you are in doubt about some part, post a question and you'll get some help.

If you get on Classic Industries mailing list, they have 20% off sales about every other weekend. Rock Auto has quite a few parts for these cars too.

I shop all over. Look on eBay as some dealers sell there regularly. Ecklers has some of the highest prices around and I don't buy anything from them unless nobody else has it. ;) Danchuk isn't too bad.
