My seats were 65 Impala SS, a little shimming with ret. tube on inside track is all it took. I bolted 1/4 inch plate to OEM holes on outside and drilled through it. I believe 62-64 different.

Hey Josh, can you measure the center to center distance on your seat tracks and post it here? A picture of the bottom of the seat would be nice too. Thanks.

When I thought my seats were 62-64 I was planning on buying the floor mounts for an Impala from Ecklers and adapting them.

Those sure look a lot like my 65 Impala SS seat tracks.

I honestly don't know what year they are i was told they were 62 from the guy i bought the car from but they very well could be something else. Is there any way to really know?

Google 62-64 bucket seat brackets they are unique due to X frame, yours look more conventional like 65. I built adaptors and used oem outside holes in floor and square tube spacers on inside to level them. Sorry, I took no pictures during build and they are now covered in carpet.

FYI 65 seats have same chrome band around back as 62-64, may not be as valuable, but are a hell of a lot easier to install in a 55-57.

Thanks for the advice they are defiantly 65 after looking at the differences side by side. I am not real sure how i will mount them just yet my floor was kind of a mess with the previous owner plugging a lot of holes in to attach the 2x4 wood (yes you read that correctly) pieces he had customized to mount the seat to. I'm really not sure what holes are supposed to be there and which ones he created.

The factory hole have 5/16 NC nuts weld on bottom side that the stock bench seat bolted to, I bolted a 1/4 steel plate to those and welded 11ga steel tube to them. I guess I could of saved some time with plywood.
