Does anyone know if the Borgeson box is the same size as the cpp500?
Clearance is tight around the header on the left side. I know the 500 box will clear but I read a lot of neg. feedback about leaks on the 500.
Would rather go with the Borgeson.

From what I can tell the Borgeson 800105 box is a Delphi 600 box with 12.7 to 1 ratio. The CPP500 box is designed around a Delphi 670 box and has a 14:1 ratio. Don't know anything about clearances but the cases look almost identical to me.

The 500 and 670 boxes are essentially the same dimensions, since the 500 is a copy of the 670. They are both a bit bigger than a stock manual box. They are similar in size to the old 605 boxes that people used to use and some still have, but their biggest dimensions are in slightly different locations. 605 is biggest above the sector shaft, and the profile is round there. The 670/500 boxes are slightly small at the sector shaft but have bosses for the bolt on top cover that are either side of the sector shaft, and these bosses are the biggest spot with respect to exhaust clearance. The end of a 500 box sometimes hits the frame but this can be fixed with a strategic hammer blow.
