Should include:

Eye wash (normal saline)
Band aids & gauze
Tourniquette
Kotex pads---these originally were army field dressings
Tape and duct tape--to hold on a compress dressing
Clean towels
Anti-biotic cream
Burn ointment
Benzocaine first aid spray
Sharp knife--in reach of either hand
Cell phone---in reach of either hand
